What Is Life Coaching?
Coaching is a method of helping people and/or entities discover, for themselves, their true value and purpose in life. Coaching begins with helping the entity or individual discover their blockages and then lead them, through self-discovery, to their successful future. Divine Redesign uses a procedure called ‘Remedial to Generative’ method of coaching. What that means for you, the client, is that your Divine Redesign coach will not tell you what you should be and do, but rather lead you to the water so you can drink for yourself.
Coaching vs. Mentoring
The primary objective of coaching is to unlock an individual's potential and enhance their performance. Coaching focuses on motivating actions that lead to improved outcomes. Since excellence is rooted in positive habits, coaching also aims to encourage individuals to abandon detrimental habits and cultivate beneficial ones. Effective coaching is centered on empowering individuals to address their own challenges. It begins with a comprehensive understanding of an individual's intrinsic motivations, behavioral drivers, and the capabilities they possess. By grasping these elements of a client’s character, we can assist in creating environments that foster self-motivation.
Is Coaching Right for Me?
Our goal at Divine Redesign is to bring you to areas of self-awareness that have acted as blockades in goal achievement and take you from your current location to YOUR desire destination. At Divine Redesign our purpose is to lead you into a new growth cycle, develop new skills and achieve great success in all areas of your life. Coaching and counseling are not the synonymous or interchangeable terms. Coaching does not seek to resolve deeper underlying issues or treat mental health conditions; but aims to set goals and achieve results within specific time scales.
